Job Title: Business Analyst
Job Description:
1. Prepare valuation report and establish financial modeling for mergers and acquisitions using Excel;
2. Perform statistical analysis on company financial statements, organize financial data and develop financial models with Excel and SQL;
3. Review financial records of business and individual clients, such as financial statements and documentation of expenditures;
4. Assist the managing partners with tax, accounting, and financial due diligence related to business planning;
Minimum Requirements: Master degree in Economics or Business Analytics or Related. Knowledge or experience in performing financial analysis on company financial statements. Knowledge or experience in Excel, SQL and statistical analysis. Able to work overtime on weekends and holidays when needed.
